Australia. Project set up with the cooperation of the Adelaide City Council
for artist to display and sell their work in Rymill Park on weekends.
1981 - 1993. Food manufacturer. South Australia. Owner, manager,
manufacturer. 'Light Foods Australia'. Responsibilities included managing employees
and manufacturing various foods made from soybeans: tofu, soymilk, and secondary
tofu based foods. Products were marketed throughout Australia.
1979 - 1981. Nursing Honolulu Hawaii, Queens Medical Centre: Counsellor
and Psychiatric Nursing Assistant. Counselling patients, writing nursing notes,
dispensing medication.
1974-1978. Nursing Towson Maryland Shepherd Pratt Hospital. Counsellor
and Psychiatric Nursing Assistant with adolescents. Counseling patients, writing
nursing notes, dispensing medication.
